We will be meeting at Battle Ground High School (BGHS) for our General Membership meeting.

Please show up 30 minutes early to sign in and receive your voting ballot.

Process
WHAT TO EXPECT

We will start the meeting and we will follow our Parliamentary procedure. (My goal is to start on time, but if you see a large amount of people signing in, we will delay.)

The negotiation team will present the items, this will take time; you will have a copy of the change.

Once they finish, we will open up the debate or questions.

When the debate is closed, the membership will vote to ratify (approve) or not ratify (approve) the contact.
Meeting will adjured.
